Content is approved by the Chair or Secretary, dated, labeled by status, and archived with context. Governance documents remain public and easy to find.
Approved resolutions, minutes, and action-register updates will be archived by date. Contact MRCC with document requests or corrections.
Committee-maintained information is published transparently and updated as details are confirmed.
